The Suladio Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Suladio (as defined in our Terms of Use) and anywhere our terms of use and privacy policy are displayed for reference.

Suladio LLC (also referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy describes the information we may collect from you when using any of the Suladio Services and gives you more detail on our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing your information.

The Suladio Services are not intended for anyone under 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide any information through our websites, apps, or any of its features.

Information We Collect About You

When you sign up to receive information from Suladio, purchase our services, navigate through our services, or contact us for support, we collect certain information you provide to us that identifies you.

This helps us provide you with personalized services while improving your experience. The personal information we collect about you includes:

• Date of Birth;

• Social Security Number;

• Tax ID Number;

• Bank Account Number;

• Address;

• Country;

• Email Address;

• Telephone Number;

• Password;

• Payment/Billing Information;

• Mobile Device ID;

• Contact list for prospecting

If you sign up as a Suladio Independent Business Owner (“IBO”), we will also collect information regarding commission payments you have earned, information such as marketing URLs, the number of unique users, page views, social media activity, information related to your sales and IBO team

(upline and downline), as well as any business-related email correspondence with us.

To ensure our database is current, we may combine information provided by you with information from third party sources, in accordance with applicable law. We may also collect and receive information from third parties to ensure the safety of our employees, users, and the public, as well as to protect, detect, and prevent fraud, security or technical issues.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

As you navigate through and interact with the Suladio services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

• Details of your visits to our websites and/or apps, including traffic data, location data, use logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use while enjoying our services;

• Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, browser type, URL, time zone setting, the phone number used to call us, session information specific to your viewing history of our content, page response times, download errors, and page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs).

These automatic data collection technologies may include but are not limited to cookies and web beacons found inside software tools such as google analytics, Facebook ad analytics, Microsoft application insights, Wistia analytics, and Zendesk chat.

Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Some content or applications, including advertisements, are serviced by third parties. In some cases, a third party may use cookies and pixels tags or mobile IDs to provide services or gather data on our behalf.

We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may use them. Who We Share Your Information With

WE WILL NEVER SELL ANY OF THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU, but we may disclose and share your personal information in the following ways:

Third-Party Service Providers. Any of the personal information we collect from you is disclosed to third party companies and/or service providers, and contractors for business purposes performed on our behalf. This may include, but is not limited to, fulfillment of orders, processing of credit card payments, providing customer service, delivery of items, etc. In any instance that we provide your information to third parties, it is done in an effort to serve you better.

Independent Business Owners (IBOs). IBOs will have access to certain information that helps them engage with you, support you, provide you general information and marketing materials, and allows them to collaborate with you on building your business if you are an IBO in their upline or downline. Suladio will never provide your credit or debit card information and social insurance number and/or tax identification number (TIN) to IBOs.

In the rare occurrence that an IBO requests access to the Suladio API, and has the specific skill set to utilize it for purposes of marketing Suladio, Suladio may, in its sole discretion, provide such access. Any marketing programs, websites, apps, or software created through the use of the Suladio API is not owned or operated by Suladio. Suladio does not encourage, endorse or affiliate with any such outside programs and any questions or concerns should be directed to that specific IBO or provider.

Parent, Affiliates, and Subsidiaries. Your information will be shared with our parent, affiliated and/or subsidiary companies in all things related to business, operations, and marketing purposes. Administrative and Legal Purposes.

We may share your information in order to:

• protect or defend the legal rights of Suladio, or the legal rights of our customers, IBOs, instructors, employees, agents, and contractors;

• protect the safety and security of our customers and IBOs;

• detect and protect against fraud or identity theft;

• conduct risk management;

• comply with laws, legal process, administrative proceedings, subpoenas, court orders, or any legal requests from any governmental or regulatory body; or

• enforce or apply the terms and conditions of our websites, mobile apps, and agreements.

Accessing and Updating your Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Suladio website or app and visiting your account profile page, or by calling customer support at 801-701-7337.

When calling customer support, please have your email and other identifying information on file available. Without this identifying information, customer support will not be able to assist you in making those changes.

Your Opt Out Options

As a Suladio education holder, you may opt out of company emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email sent to you.

As a Suladio IBO, you agree to receive such communications with Suladio as the primary way to reach you and keep you up to date on all Suladio matters. Unsubscribing to such communication with Suladio will terminate your IBO status.

Your California Privacy Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secured servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions, tax ID numbers, credit cards, and bank account numbers will be encrypted using SSL technology.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Anytime a password is required, you are responsible for keeping the password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone and urge you to always be careful in the protection of your confidential information.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

Anytime we make changes to our privacy policy, those changes will be updated in all places our terms and privacy policy are shown and an email will be sent to your email on file with Suladio informing you of the updated policy. You can view the updated changes, including the date the privacy policy was last revised by going to the Suladio website, within the Suladio app, or by logging into your back office and viewing such changes as listed in the upper right-hand corner by clicking the blue bell shape, which shows all notifications.

The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. Please read and review these updates. Continued use of the site after such changes appear will constitute acceptance of the new policy terms.
